Welcome to the Happy at Work Collective!
This is a shared initiative with Paradigm Makers, focused on creating healthier, safer, and happier workplaces for everyone.
Join Jess Price and me once a month on a Saturday morning to talk about recognising where you are and accessing the tools you need to build a happier, healthier work life.
This event is for people who want to support a movement toward creating happier, safer workplaces. The aim is to create new pathways in connection with others, share our stories and experiences and co-design strategies to create more positive and supportive work environments. We envision this as part of a broader project taking shape over time, a movement to transform toxic workplaces into thriving communities. It will be informed by its participants through collaborative process – we value your input to make workplaces safer, healthier, and more equitable for all.
We are taking a break over the next few weeks to watch cricket and go to the beach and regroup for the coming year. We wish everyone a joyous holiday season, and look forward to seeing you at the next workshop on Sat, 1 February 2025 at 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM AEST online.

Participants please note: The levels of skills and expertise in the group vary. Neither the moderators nor the participants purport to provide legal, psychological or other professional advice. Also, times can be confusing but it is understood that Qld observes AEST all year, so the time shown for the event in AEST is Qld time. Thanks!
